About Dr. Okewale

I am a psychology graduate with a professional background in mental health advocacy and community support. Through my internship with the Department of Mental Health at the Lagos State Ministry of Health, I gained practical experience supporting mental health initiatives, psychoeducation, and outreach programs. These experiences strengthened my skills in active listening, empathy, supportive communication, and providing person-centered support. I am passionate about making mental health support accessible and I am eager to contribute my knowledge and compassion in a virtual support role.
